September 7th, 2009 Halloween Socks 09

How excited was I when I stopped at Joann fabrics and there was a Halloween extravaganza going on!!!! I over heard some one complain that it was too early for Halloween but that’s just insanity to me, it’s NEVER too early! And I had been getting Halloween related e-mails since August!

So between JoAnn Fabrics and Deb I picked up some great Halloween finds this day.

{and again… those bats are probably the cutest bats I’ve ever seen!}

June 6th, 2009 St. Bylsma

As always, I can’t seem to resist the turquoise! This combo is my fav skirt from Lip Service and my brand new St. Bylsma tee from Believe Merch (for those of you who don’t know, St. Bylsma is inspired by Dan Bylsma the new head coach of the Pittsburgh Penguins) wore them with my Turquoise stars from Deb while out playing with Skye-Marie in her yard.

October 30th, 2007 Halloween Booties!

So I actually wore booties a lot this holiday season. Turned out the only socks I could get over that big cast were little booties, who knew? So I bought a couple new pairs but they didn’t end up being stretchy enough, but I still wore them after the cast was off and here they are!

First pair was bought last year at Kohls (i think). They’re black with little Frankensteins on the back and on the foot design. Super cute, and they remind me of the little pom pom booties that I wore a ton of in middle school.

Next is a new pair from this year that my mom got me at Eckerd/RiteAid of all places. They have adorable girly skull and crossbones on the foot with orange sparkly eyes and bows. And they also have little puffy Skeletons on the back like the Frankenstein pair.

And the third and final pair came from Deb this year for only $2. They’re just various black and white skull and crossbones in a checkered pattern.

December 20th, 2006 Turquoise Stars

So today I decided to take some pictures in my favorite plaid skirt again. I was planning on taking updated pictures of all the outfits in my collage pic on BangMe but only ended up taking them in the turquoise outfit so far.

Decided to mix it up a little and added my Turquoise Stars. I got these at Deb although they’re similar to the ones Sock It To Me makes only the stars are a different color and a little bigger.

I really need more turquoise in my life. That shirt shrunk some but I always have to stretch it out to cover my stomach when I wear it in pictures and pretty much can’t wear it out of the house anymore unless I layer it over a black beater. But I don’t have any other turquoise tops and I love it too much to get rid of it.

The skirt is from Lip Service and the top was a boat neck style from Forever 21 a while back. The socks stay up well and are really cute while they’re at it!

April 3rd, 2006 Pink Argyles

Got some new argyles from Deb at the mall last week!! They always seem to have the best combos and I’ve gotten nearly all my argyle there.

Pink Argyle

The rest of the outfit is new as well and came from Wet Seal, it’s a cute pink pinstripe skirt and grey boat neck tunic style shirt with pockets! Very cute if you ask me!!

Pink Argyle

The socks go up to just under my knees and stay there comfortably and the soft pink and blues are perfect now that spring’s finally here!! Can’t wait to rock this outfit out in public probably sometime later in the week depending on when it’s nice and warm out and where I end up going other than work. Been working a lot more lately you know, and most sock outfits just don’t quite go for the pizza shop! I did wear the same shirt but in black the other day and I really like the pockets, they’re bigger than they seem and hold things without really showing that there’s anything in there. I’m glad I got more than one since I definately need some more tops and I really like this one!

October 26th, 2005 School Girl Style

This is just an outfit for me, but I’m sure it’s a common costume choice for the rest of the female population this time of year. I wear pleated skirts and knee socks and such all year round though.

School Girl Style

This is the first time I’ve ever worn a tie in public but I think it was cute and went well with the rest of the outfit. The tights are the same from a few entries back, the light blue ones from Hot Topic, and the knee socks are new from Deb at the mall. They’re two shades of blue with white argyles and they have little playboy bunnies on them. My friend Brandi got the same pair but in pinks.

Close Up on Socks

They are very comfy and stay up great over tights. I haven’t worn them without the tights yet so I can’t say how they work that way.
