These are one of my first pairs of socks back when I first started wearing them as the main accesory of my outfits. Knee High Argles in pretty light shades of blue.

The rest of the outfit is a cute halter dress that my friend Mary got me as a graduation present back when we were going to school together at Bradford. It was very unexpected at the time and I ended up wearing it to Graduation under my gown. I think the blues in the dress go well with the blues in the socks although they’re not an exact match.

The socks came from Deb. They were the place I got nearly all my argyles in the beginning because they always had cute color combos and that’s the type of socks I liked a lot at the time. The guys at school loved them too and I’d get all kinds of whispers and stares when I’d wear them with my skirts.

I’m not the biggest fan of toe socks but every once in a while I find a pair that’s really comfy that I like and this is just one of those times.

The socks are from Delia’s and have their little symbol on the top band part. I got them a while back so you might not still be able to get them anymore. They’re a tube style so there’s no formed heel moving around and not fitting right on my size 9 1/2’s. The rest of the outfit is some cute black shorts and my Super Grover Tee.

I like all the different colors of blue in the stripes because then they pretty much go with any pair of jeans (or jean skirts) and any blue top I might have. You all know how big I am on matching, heck that’s the reason cute socks sometimes go un-worn for ages.
