I fencenet thigh highs!! They look especially dramatic when layered over solids like these black opaque thigh highs with bows.

The fencenets are in royal blue. I wear my bows in the front although they look just as cute when worn in the back as well. The rest of the outfit is a black asymetric skirt and tank top with one strap fabric and one made of silver rings connected together.

Both thigh highs actually go up to thigh high instead of just over the knee where some often land. But I usually prefer to wear these lower (closer to otk) to show off the bows without having to wear a super short skirt and show off other things. They both stay up just fine without garters as well Great buys!! Highly recommended!
