This is just an outfit for me, but I’m sure it’s a common costume choice for the rest of the female population this time of year. I wear pleated skirts and knee socks and such all year round though.

This is the first time I’ve ever worn a tie in public but I think it was cute and went well with the rest of the outfit. The tights are the same from a few entries back, the light blue ones from Hot Topic, and the knee socks are new from Deb at the mall. They’re two shades of blue with white argyles and they have little playboy bunnies on them. My friend Brandi got the same pair but in pinks.

They are very comfy and stay up great over tights. I haven’t worn them without the tights yet so I can’t say how they work that way.

So I complained a while back to friends and family that I had gotten a flyer from Victoria’s Secret with my free undies coupon and it mentioned these really cute socks that were supposed to be catalog and online only but I couldn’t find them on the site and didn’t hear anything about them since. Well just about a week ago I decided to search for them on the site again and they were finally there!! A few days later I received a Victoria’s Secret E-Gift-Card and I knew right away what I needed to get so I picked up 3 pairs of the Pink Socks!

These Pink socks are ACTUALLY pink but Pink is the name of the collection silly! These are adorable. Two shades of pink and sooooo comfy. They’re cotton and stay up all day no problem and really are quite soft and just about the comfiest in that style that I have. I love them and show them off to everyone. Expect to see the other two pairs featured soon I’m sure!

Finally got to wear these tights from Target.
They’re black with a two-tone purple argyle design printed right on up to the about knee high. When I got to the bar my friend Brandi thought it was argyle knee socks layered over black tights. She loves them and wants them for herself. If you do too head to your local target and try your luck!

They’re the warm soft cottony type of tights. Very comfy. The only part I didn’t like was the stitched in butt section, it’s like they tell you where your butt is supposed to fit but mine is too big so it’s a little uncomfortable every time I pull them up and takes a little getting used to. Other than that they’re adorable and comfy!

Shopping is fun!! Me and my friend Brandi spent pretty much the whole day shopping on Tuesday. Lots of fun! I got the best deals at Aeropostale. I went in to get a belt I saw in the window that matched my new plaid pea coat and that ended up being the most expensive thing I got! Got these pink tights and teal sparkly legwarmers for 99 cents each!! And the skirt was only $5.99 as well!!

The tights are no-name brand since there was not packaging at all. They’re a lot like the blue pair I got at hot topic so they were probably made by the same people, but like I said, no tags so I can’t help you out on that. They’re VERY soft and smooth on my skin so I loved that. The legwarmers stayed up really well over the tights but I wanted them scrunched so I had to pull them down.

Brandi was really excited that everything fit and matched so nice since I didn’t try anything on, except over my jeans in the middle of the store! So if you want to pick any of this stuff up you may have a hard time, but check the 99 cent box at Aeropostale. And if anyone knows what brand the tights are that come with no packaging just let me know.

These tights are super hot!

Got them at Target and they’re made by Merona. The first day I tried them on they didn’t seem to stretch all the way up, I don’t know if I got a small or what but I was upset that I would have to cut them into thigh highs. But today when I put them on I kept that in mind and stretched them the whole time and they fit just fine.

They sure are gorgeous. Everyone loved them when I went out to the bar to hang out for a bit. They’ve got that whole dressy look but are still fun and interesting. Love them
