These are some awesome tights!! I got them in-store at Forever 21 and they ended up being even nicer than expected!!

I wore them to the bar with a cute red plaid skirt (only a dollar at DEB!) and a lace-trimmed tank from Forever 21. I also still had to wear my walking boot out so I put some cute shoelaces on it to match the ones in my Converse, they were red stars and skulls, but I didn’t get any pics of that.

Here’s a close-up of the stars! Aren’t they just adorable?? They’re a little bit see-thru and the tights themselves are softer and sturdier than I expected. You have no idea how worried I was that I’d snag them with the velcro on my walking boot and ruin them the first time out. Wouldn’t be the first time something like that has happened to some cute tights, but luckily it was not the case and I have them to wear again someday!!

Not sure if you can still pick these up, saw some tights on the web site but these might be out of stock right now. U could always try in-store to see if they have them there still cuz I noticed the web site sometimes gets rid of stuff and then it pops up in stores for the first time.

So today was a pretty grey day out, so I guess it was fitting that I ended up putting on a grey top and hoodie and wearing my Grey Star socks!

Ok so Mew Mew jumped in when I was trying to take the picture. But I thought I’d keep it anyways. The socks are the Sock It To Me Stars in Grey with white stars from Sock Dreams. They stay up really nice and are comfy. Sock It To Me really needs to make a ton more socks cuz I tend to love everything of theirs that I have so far!

So these are some more of the new Skater Socks I got before the accident. Gold and Black stripes for Steelers games, which is when I wore this pair. I didn’t end up going anywhere for the game so I was just in the socks with my pajamas so I just took pics of the socks.

Tried to brighten them up a little bit in Photoshop cuz there’s poor lighting in my living room and my camera phone doesn’t have a flash. And here’s another one where you can see the game in the background.

Ok so we all I know I like to match, well this time I did an AWESOME job. Was at the mall with my sister the last time she was in town and I picked up this cute green and grey plaid skirt from Charlotte Russe. I knew I had a grey shirt to match at home but wanted to keep looking for something else while I was at the mall. Ended up finding the perfect color earrings and top at Wet Seal so I picked them up too. Then when I got home I realized I had the tights too and had just never worn them before, so I threw that all together and added some grey legwarmers to tone it down a bit cuz the tights are so bold and since I have to wear that Walking boot still when I leave the house.

So I wore this all to the bar with Tess last night and we had a blast. Got REALLY drunk and was running around having lots of fun the whole night. It was great!

Oh yeah, the tights are Hue from Kaufmann’s and I think I got them on sale really cheap at the time. And the legwarmers were in a set with some OTK socks from Walmart a few years back and are one of my fav pairs.

So I got to wear my costume twice this year for Halloween. It’s called “Skull Fairy” and I got it online after falling in love with it when I saw it at Spenser’s at the mall. The first time I wore it was Friday night at Talerico’s Halloween Party. Turned out the “thigh highs” were more like knee highs on me and they didn’t look right like that so I cut the toe seams and wore other socks with them so no one would notice.

Then the second time I wore them was yesterday for Trick or Treating with Tess, Skye-Marie and David and then to the Kendrews Halloween Party with Stephanie, Kenny, and Josh. This time I wore the socks as arm warmers cuz it’s cold out and wore my thigh high skull socks over the showgirl fishnets instead.

I just found out that those little skulls on the thigh highs from Sock Dreams actually glow in the dark which is pretty cool. I don’t remember if I knew that before, only that I was surprised to find out now. Also I still really love those Showgirl Fishnet tights. By far the best quality fishnets I own. The padding in the feet helps a lot and I’ve worn them a bunch of times now and they are still in awesome shape with none of the little holes tearing into bigger ones or anything. Gotta love that! Definitely getting your money’s worth when you don’t have to throw them out after one or two wearings and they actually LAST! And I finally got a picture of the “ham” effect they leave on your legs if you wear another layer over them (weather it’s socks, thigh highs or tight boots etc).

And yeah…. that incision is still looking pretty ugly.
